profound personal transformation. Her years of leadership in the corporate world shaped her appreciation for the complex forces that drive human behavior,
communication, and connection. Through her journey of self-awareness and growth, she found not only her own deeper truth, but a calling to help others do the same.
Today, Elly is passionate about guiding individuals and teams through meaningful change, helping them unlock greater clarity, purpose, and the confidence to rise into their fullest potential.
Although born and raised in Texas, Elly recently embarked on a bold new adventure — moving cross-country to Connecticut with her spouse and two sons. She treasures
moonlit conversations, deep talks over wine, and co-creating a life of happiness, abundance, and growth with the people she loves. Through these life-changing
experiences, Elly continues to expand her own journey while empowering others to embrace their unique energy and take charge of their growth with authenticity and
